Creative people FOCUS & get back on course
It’s easy to get off course. Focusing and finding
confidence after taking a wrong turn can be a challenge. Being lost is one of
life's many lessons that give one confidence to look within.
Being creative is my love & passion, although
finding content that is focused on one area of interest is not always easy.
Often creativity comes at a price and all creative people understand that right
brain equals creativity and left-brain equal more logical thinking with out
much creativity. Many times the logical thinking brains do not understand the
focus and attention span of a creative person brain or right brain thinker.
Focusing & Getting back on course is about finding a peaceful comfort level
in exploring creative and strategic was to handle situations if you are a right
brain thinker.
The breaking point, the point of no return cause
for facing the facts and realizing that being off course is undeniably uncomfortable;
finding a creative place is essentially necessary in order to get back on
course. Working out of ones comfort zone is no longer an optional, fighting
against the forces ultimately killing creative energies it just doesn't work. From this observation, a creative genus has
been discovered with creative and dynamic ideas to build brand awareness. A
BRAND MANAGING GURU that kicks butt. A
creative rock star is born: One that is up to the challenge and Guarantees to turn
any project from ordinary to extraordinary.
Creativity comes at a price, to all the creative
people in the world know and understand your worth; every project cannot and
will not work without creativity. Logic is good but Creativity rocks. Stand
proud be sure of ones talent and never give up on ones dreams.

Changes & Trends in the Industry
Trends in the entertainment industry have changed dramatically.
When looking towards the future of current and future trends in the industry.
It is imperative that all sectors of the industry are taken into account.
Entertainment market research for the music and video industries equips companies to understand and profit from the evolving entertainment marketplace including the physical, digital and mobile realms. (https://www.npd.com/wps/portal/npd/us/industry-expertise/entertainment/)
The entertainment industry has evolved through the use of technology.
Conjointly, social media has taken the entertainment industry into greater possibly. Moreover, the entertainment industry has migrated online to gain shares on the international levels through the Internet and social network scenes. International exposer has never been so readily available until social media came to the forefront and broaden social networking. Social media influences decision making in the entertainment industry. There are many predictions about how all of these new trends will affect the industry as a whole. However, Traditional media enterprises must learn to adapt to new Internet computer technologies to maintain competitiveness. 20 years ago it would have never been predicted that entertainment; media and publishing could be interconnected by a global platform of such magnitude. According to Magna Global, Global advertising media revenues were projected to be $495.0 billion in 2012, growing further to $510.3 billion in 2013, much of this growth is occurring in online media and fastest growing markets and in developing nations such as China, India and Brazil.
Additionally, with digital markets expanding internationally magazines and newspaper publishers are forced to evolve as well. The online choices has caused traditional newspaper sales to be affected by online alternatives; an approximate 44.4 million paid daily circulation in the U.S as of 2011 down from nearly 60 million in 2000. The newspapers are finding it increasingly difficult to compete against Internet news and advising rivals. (https://www.npd.com/wps/portal/npd/us/industry-expertise/entertainment/)
In closing, it is further believed that all sectors will eventually establish their own social media channels and become less reliant on networks like Facebook and Twitter, gradually evolving into social platforms of their own.

A Positive Foundation for success
Are you ready for a successful business!
If so, build you’re a foundation solid by strategizing and
visualizing the desired outcome. The most successful businesses are the ones
that take time to build a positive foundation at start-up. Inc. magazine
featured a story by Marla Tabaka, “Developing a business vision and mindset”.
The story was interesting, more importantly it spoke about deep-rooted
fear. Marla explained that getting to the core of the fear is the first step to
getting control what it takes to be successful.
Once the source is identified the business could have a positive start
and a solid foundation for success at the beginning.
The business start-up phase is critical to the success or
failure of the business. Therefore, having the right framework at the beginning
guides the future of the business.
So you may be asking, what’s the right frame work? That’s
the most important question. It is imperative to analyze a business industry
and find a strategic way that your business is competitive in the market and
that’s the path to gaining the recipe to design the frame of your business. In
most case a well thought out business plan is were a business vision come alive
and the recipe materialize. The foundation of ones business cannot be
compromised, and expect to be successful. The frame work starts with the
building blocks of the strategic vision and packaged to suite the businesses
target market.
The business plan is were the companies description should
explain in detail how it can be of assistance to its customers. Moreover, the
industry trends, target market and competition should also be known and
delivered as a comprehensive
well-packaged business plan.
In many cases, business professionals let fear get in the
way, and forget about the competitive advantages that could give them a larger
market share. Many startup businesses fail to take the necessary steps at the
startup stage. The startup is important. The startup is the strategic planning
phase. Stay positive let go of fear and let your vision flourish. Being

Business Planning From the "Experts Opinion"
The preparation of a business plan has many components,
however I have incorporated angel investor David Rose of Rose Tech. David’s
idea of going deeper to study the competitor’s position in the market was the
first very important lesson learned. It took courage and confidence to get to
know the market and the competitors, as well as the opportunity to find a competitive
edge in the market. Once a market is understood it is imperative to find and
dig deep into the competitor’s background and find what made them who they are
in the industry. In any case Dave Rose stressed the importance of why it was
important and why investors expected this information to be well prepared in
the plan. If the competitors’ track records are researched, it allows for an
understanding and can help your company to benefit from the competitors
history.
The information that Dave Rose shared, allowed me the skills
needed to perform comprehensive research that I added to my business plan. The
research was compared to the market and competitor trends in the market. These
statistics in turn gave me confidence that the investors will be able to see
the benefits and needs for my companies over all plans.
Additionally, the information Fred Destin of Atlas Venture,
whom helps develops businesses from the ground up. Fred shared the importance of
having a structured plan. Mr. Destin’s advice helped me to narrow the over all
scope. Fred Destin stressed that less is best. Destin went into great detail
about having an exit strategy that is favorable for the investor as well as the
business. The plans exit strategy plays a relevant part when it comes to
knowing the competitors and knowing how you will fit within the market and gain
profits. Investors are scouting for business plans that have evidence of
potential growth of 30% - 40% annually. The Knowledge from the experts gave me
the capability and knowledge needed to prepare a business plan that I am
confident contains evidence of grow in the chosen market.

Angels Advise 'Know your Market
http://www.entrepreneur.com/video/220137
Angel Investor warn, “KNOW YOUR MARKET”
A business Angel is an individual whom assist and
provide capital for a business start-up. Starting a new business can be a great
opportunity when there are enough funds to get off the ground. I found two
expert investors that are veterans in the angel-investing world. The first
expert is, David Rose an angel investor based out of New York. David
Rose is founder of the Rose Tech Ventures an early stage investment fund
company. He is known as ‘super investor that advises his team to dig hard and
open every avenue of competitors’ information before positioning ones self into
a new business venture. Additionally, his company Rose tech ventures are
dedicated to find, nurture and launch the next generation of world class
ventures. David Rose is an Inc. 500 CEO, known as a serial entrepreneur and
that’s how he got his name 'Super angel' investor. Above is a video of David
Rose advising new business sectors, to know and thoroughly research your market.
There are many other angel investors, Fred Destin is another well know
and respected venture capitalist that has a great deal of history in the
business of investing. Fred Destin has been a Partner at Atlas Venture since 2004,
where he focuses on technology-enabled services and consumer facing innovation.
He helps build companies from the ground up. Mr. Destin was previously an
Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and also worked at JP Morgan in hybrid
derivatives, but has never looked back since deciding to jump into innovation
and entrepreneurship http://futurem2012.sched.org). Fred currently
serves on the Boards of Atlas portfolio companies AdSafe Media, Dailymotion,
EnglishCentral, Inspirational Stores, Kinvey, Plizy, Recorded Future, Seatwave,
The Currency Cloud and Zoopla http://futurem2012.sched.org. The interesting
thing is that that both of these investors share the long history of advisor
ship within business investor venture field. In essence the key components
expert look for in a start up business plan is the ability to find companies
that appear likely to grow 30% to 40% annually and then be bought or go public.
Additionally, investors favor plans that has a profitable exit strategy.
According to Jim Melloan of inc.com, estimate that only10% to 15% of private
companies fit that description.
