Project Execution

Project Execution is the most important stage of a project life phase.
The “Execution” process is the most illuminating of all phases, because it is most time consuming. In accordance to proper execution many project managers have developed techniques that are used to gage this process.

Why is execution so important?
The answer is that once execution takes place, the reconstruction process is over.  There is no return to the project infancy stage.
Execution must be taken into consideration in the early stages in the planning process.  Each step in the planning process should be evaluated to ensure that execution is delivered to the client cohesively. Furthermore, An effective leader uses the execution process to determine comprehensive measurement and leverage to perfect the project life. A project is only as good as the plan set forth to be achieved. Therefore, at the execution phase all prior functions are being monitored to ensure its effectiveness.
Execution is often the final phase in any project, but as I stated it sometimes takes the most time because of plan revision, team regression or project reconstruction. It takes a resilient team to gain stride in the creative project team environment. Creative individuals are in most cases perfectionist; this is when it is imperative to have a project manager to monitor the team, to ensure project progression and effectiveness. Below I will elaborate into each phase for clear and comprehensive awareness.

Project Phases at a Glance:
Phase One: This is often the setup stage as referred to earlier as the infancy stage. At this stage the detail of the client are being evaluated.

Phase Two: Definition of project scope, objectives and processing the clients needs into responsive and time based analysis, financial evaluation.

Phase Three: Client acceptance and proposal submission, team development and timelines are created, task are delegated.

Phase Four: Research of trends and other relevant information, validation of project resources, estimated financial plan.

Phase Five: Execution of project until completion, final financial evaluation, Execution monitoring, team accountability.
